By using frymo.al or purchasing a Frymo product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Product Description & Medical Disclaimer

Frymo is a device intended to help clear a blocked airway. It does NOT replace medical training, standard first-aid maneuvers (such as the Heimlich maneuver), or calling emergency services. In any emergency, immediately call your local emergency number.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed on the site and may change without notice. Payment is processed through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Warranty & Free Replacement

If your Frymo device is used in a genuine choking emergency, we will replace the unit free of charge, subject to verification and our claims process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, images, design) is the property of Frymo and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Frymo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
